Hire periods vary depending on the service you choose. Our services are typically available for 2, 3 or 5 hours, depending on the hire. The duration will always be clearly confirmed as part of your quotation and booking.

A booking fee is required to secure your date. Once this has been received, we'll confirm your booking and provide the relevant booking information, invoice and terms and conditions.

Booking fees are normally non-refundable, as your date and equipment/services are reserved specifically for your event. Any exceptional circumstances will be considered in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll discuss the circumstances with you and, where possible, look at options such as moving your booking to another available date. Any cancellation or date change remains subject to our terms and conditions.

Yes. Where applicable, our service includes delivery, professional setup and collection/pack-down. Staffed services also include a member of our team to operate the equipment for the agreed hire period.

We're based in Coventry and regularly provide event entertainment across Birmingham, Solihull, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands. We can also travel further depending on the event and services required.

Absolutely. Many of our customers combine several services, and we can create a bespoke event package around your requirements. This could include a DJ alongside photo/video entertainment, light-up letters, an Audio Guest Book or other services.

In most cases, yes. We'll discuss your venue with you before the event and can consider factors such as access, setup space, power requirements and timings. If your venue has particular restrictions, please let us know when enquiring.

Yes. Light Up Your Party carries £10 million Public Liability Insurance, giving our customers and venues additional peace of mind.

We operate professionally and can provide relevant insurance documentation to your venue where required.

Setup times depend on the services you've booked and your venue's access arrangements. We'll organise this with you in advance so that everything is ready for the agreed start time.
